Our Definition of a SaaS Growth Consultant
You are the glue that holds together Product teams, Marketing, Sales, Support and Strategy. When these groups get aligned, the business thrives. Your job is to seek this alignment by building strategy and then leveraging our team of writers, developers and designers to execute it.
You’ll interface with CEOs, founders and their teams live and on Slack by guiding them through brainstorming, exercises, and training.
To support your client goals, you’ll have a content strategist, writers, SEO specialists, paid ad specialists and even product analytics BI experts.
Not all growth is good. We strive for sustainable growth, meaning it’s not all about the ads. We are hired to move business away from throwing money and quick-win hacks at problems. There is nuance and there is finesse when seeking high LTV ROI SaaS growth. Are you the person to get our clients there?
Who we are looking for
- Can you manage the (virtual) room and guide a client conversation or brainstorm confidently?
- Can you delegate tasks and project manage and hold your team accountable for quality, ontime work?
- Can you listen to feedback calmly and decide to accept it or reject it rationally?
- Are you able to disagree with a client while also guiding them to a better solution?
- Do you get excited about learning new frameworks and tools to use?
- Are you a compulsive problem solver when it comes to growing SaaS businesses?
- Do you have proficiency in digital marketing, such as paid, inbound, funnels etc.?
- Can you quickly diagnose the real problem, not just take the client’s word for it, by asking really good questions and interpreting the data correctly?
- Can you code switch well? (ie. hang up with one business and pick up with the next without transition time)
- Can you move from high-level strategic thinking, like a vision statement, down to low-level execution, like building a HubSpot workflow?
- Are you able to dive into data and extract insights from it?
